Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Instead of pouring your smoothie in a glass, serve it in a bowl and eat it with a spoon! It’s a fun and delicious way to enjoy a smoothie. Decorate it with whatever you want, such as coconut, fresh fruit, berries, chia, hemp or other seeds.

2 bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen mango
¾ cup of water

On top
Shredded coconut
Hemp seeds

This smoothie couldn’t be easier to make. Just mix bananas, blueberries, mango and water until smooth. This is a really tasteful smoothie on its own if you want to skip the decoration. Otherwise, this is where the fun begins! Pour the smoothie into your favourite bowl and make your own creative patterns of fruit, berries, nuts and seeds. Dig in with a large spoon and enjoy :)
