Very Berry Smoothie

Berries are really good for boosting the immune system. They are full of Vitamin C, Vitamin B, potassium, iron and calcium. So if you ever feel like you’re in the need for a boost, this is the one!

Recipe
½ cup of frozen raspberries
½ cup of frozen blackberries
1½ cups of orange juice
2-4 medjool dates, pitted

Some fresh mint leaves for decoration

Just mix the ingredients in a blender (preferably a high speed blender) and enjoy!
