Carrots are excellent for skin problems and contain high levels of beta carotene, Vitamin C and iron. This juice is really refreshing and tasteful, but if you’re not a fan of ginger, just make carrot juice.. it’s delicious on its own!
2 pounds of organic carrots
1 piece of fresh ginger (1×1 cm or less)
Juice the carrots and then add the fresh ginger according to taste. I tend to put in 1×1 cm of ginger or less because I only want the juice to have a touch of ginger. Enjoy!
