This is my favorite green smoothie, which is sweet but still tasty because of the celery. It’s rich in vitamins and minerals such as Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Vitamin C and proteins.
4-6 stalks of celery
4 cups of spinach (120 g)
1 tsp of barley grass powder (optional)
1 cup of water
Mix the ingredients in a blender, preferably a Vitamix or Blendtec which “pulverize” the greens and makes it very smooth. This green smoothie is delicious for breakfast. Enjoy!
