2 cups of chopped kale
2 cups of frozen mango (200 g)
1,5 cups of mandarin or orange juice
I used a regular hand juicer to make the mandarin juice. If you don’t feel like making juice, just put the whole mandarins or oranges into the blender (or use bottled orange juice). De-stem the kale and chop the kale and apple into smaller pieces. Add the frozen mango and banana. Mix all ingredients into a thick smoothie. Enjoy!
*1.5 cup of juice is equal to approx. 4 oranges or 8 mandarins
