Raw Hummus

I love this thick and creamy raw hummus. It’s perfect as a dip sauce for veggies, as a salad dressing or as a side for cooked sweet potatoes. This recipe is inspired by Fully Raw Kristina, you can watch the whole video here.

1 large zucchini, peeled
1 cup of hulled sesame seeds
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
1,5 tsp of cumin

This recipe couldn’t be easier to make! Just peel the zucchini, cut it into smaller pieces and blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Start by adding 1,5 teaspoon of cumin and feel free to add more if you want. Enjoy!
