Persimmon-Cinnamon Smoothie

This  reminds me of eating gingerbread dough as a little child. But this smoothie is vegan, totally guilt-free and packed with vitamins and minerals. Enjoy the fresh taste of persimmons and cinnamon, and celebrate this years christmas with being kind to yourself, the animals and the planet!

Recipe for one glass
2 large persimmons
1-2 medjool dates, pitted
1 banana

1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 tsb maca powder
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup of water

I used two huge persimmons for this recipe. If you can only find small persimmons I recommend using 4 or 5 of them. Make sure that they are ripe because it will make this recipe a lot better.

Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Start by adding a little bit o fresh chopped ginger and add more if you want to.
