Banana Milk 

Tired of making or buying nut milks? Or don’t you have any milk in the fridge and need it right away? Try banana milk! It’s a creamy and frothy alternative to milk and it takes just a few minutes to make. Grab as many bananas you want, add water and blend. Eat it with cereals and berries for breakfast or drink it on its own as a quick smoothie.

Recipe
2 ripe bananas
2 cups of water

You can also mix it with cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla, hemp protein, strawberries, carob or dates to make your own flavoured milk.

  1. If you put in a blender, do add the peel after removing the black sections if present. There is as much vitamins and proteins in the peel as half the bananas.
