It’s kiwi season, so why not try this Kiwi-Mango Green Smoothie that’s filled with nutrients and goodness? Kiwis are highly alkaline, good for the skin and its high Vitamin C content helps to boost the immune system.
3 cups of spinach
2 stalks of celery
1 mango, chopped
1 banana (optional)
1,5 cup of water
Rinse the celery and chop it into smaller pieces. Remove the peel from the mango, kiwis and banana and mix all the ingredients into a thick smoothie.
The combination of kiwi, banana and greens makes this smoothie very fresh and sweet. If you don’t like bananas then add 1-2 medjool dates instead. This, and the Kale Green Smoothie, are my favourite green smoothies. I hope you like it!
